It doesn’t matter if it’s the first or twenty first birthday, each one is a milestone in your child’s life.  Cake Smash sessions are a way to mark this milestone and create a cherished memory you can revisit year after year.

You can choose to go for a cake smash and splash session, either a full-sized cake or selection of cupcakes made to order by my specialist baker. It makes lots of messy fun for your little one followed by a bubble bath to clean up. If the idea of cake and messy play isn’t your thing I have other options including fruit smash, milk bath or “donut grow up” sessions.

There is also the option of simple timeless birthday portraits, some clients bring along some special items from home like a favourite toy, blanket or book. At every birthday session I always make the suggestion of having some nice family shots which is a lovely way to include siblings and parents in the celebrations.

When you visit me at my Edinburgh studio I will create beautiful balloon decorations and a made to order cake (Dairy free and vegan options available) to ensure your child’s birthday portraits are simply perfect.
